Is Cash Out Refinancing Allowed?
Cash out is not allowed during the initial property acquisition & renovation process but we do have options to allow you to refinance your property and take out cash after your renovation is complete. Learn more about our cash-out refinance here.

$50,000 is the minimum loan amount

- Minimum credit score 650
- 90 day bank statements w/ $15,000 liquid
- Up to 70% of Asset’s Renovated Value (ARV) (75% for rental)
- Single-family residential (SFR) and 1-4 unit only (no condo/townhomes)
